What are somatic tools? You may think of them as the missing link between rationally knowing what you want to do and change, and actually being able to implement it.

Instead of taking action with yet another shortlived ADHD tip, integrating your body and nervous system into your growth process can help you achieve long-lasting transformation.

Many people with ADHD have big emotions - you may feel emotions more intentsely. Somatic Coaching can help you gain the skills to navigate your emotions, learn from them and deliberately choose how you want to feel.

ADHD Life coaching is not an alternative to medication; rather, it is a complementary approach that can be used in combination with medication or as a standalone support option.

The decision to use medication for ADHD or pursue ADHD Life Coaching (or both) depends on individual preferences, needs, and circumstances. ADHD Life Coaches do not diagnose nor prescribe medication. However ADHC Life Coaches can support you in seeking out medical care for your ADHD and can incorporate your treatment choices in the personalized coaching strategies you develop together.
